This weekend Stuart was in London updating his skills with the founders of Urban Krav Maga, Stewart McGill and Leo Negao. Here at Krav Maga MK we believe it is vital that our instructors are continually developing so they can bring you the best and most up to date lessons in Krav Maga. The training this weekend covered the 10 most common attacks faced on the streets so you know you’re learning realistic self defence in all our classes. There were also sessions on knife defence and ground fighting which will be covered over the coming months in our classes.
